The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between the physically disabled athletes' body persecution and personality traits. The sample of the study comprised a total 40 voluntarily participating athletes. Eysenck Personality Survey short form, of which validity and reliability have been done by Karancı and his friends in 2007, and Body Admiration Scale, of which validity and reliability have been done by Anlı and his friends in 2007, has been used as data collection tool. SPSS 20 Packet Programme has been used for analyzing the collected data. " Kolmogorov-Smirnov " single sample test has been applied to learn whether the data have a normal distribution or not. " Anova-Homogeneity of Variance " Test has been applied to detect the data homogeneity and it has been found out that data have normal and homogeneous distribution. Descriptive Statistic, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Regression analysis have been applied for analyzing the data. At the end of the Statistical Analysis, It has been found out that there is a negative direction relationship between body admiration score and neuroticism and the psychoticism scores.

The Determination of the Relationship between Positive Thinking and Body Appreciation Levels of Physically Disabled AthletesThe aim of this study is to introduce the relationship between The Physically Disabled Athletes’ Positive Thinking and Their Bodies Admiration. Total 40 athletes, who has participated to the study voluntarily. Positive Thinking Scale (Pozitif Düşünme Ölçeği), of which validity and reliability has been done by Akın and his friends in 2015 and Body Admiration Scaleng Scale (Bedeni Beğenme Ölçeği), of which validty and reliability has been done by Anlı and his friends in 2015, have been used as data collection tool in this study. SPSS 20 Packet Programme has been used for analysing the collected datas. “Kolmogorov-Smirnov” single sample test has been applied to learn whether the datas have a normal distribution or not. “Anova-Homogenety of Variance” Test has been applied to detect the datas homogeneity and It has been found out that Datas have normal and homogeneous distribution. Descriptive Statistic and Persoan Correlation Analysis have been applied for analysing the datas. At the end of the correlation analysis, It has been detected that there is a positive way correlation between positive thinking and psychological durability.

The aim of this study is to identify the psychological perception levels of the female inmates in Antalya Type-L Closed Penitentiary Institution and then to determine the effect of exercise on such perceptions. This is an experimental study with weak experimental design. Study sample consists of a total of 121 female prisoners; 32 in the experimental group, 43 in control group 1 and 46 in the control group 2. Psychological characteristics of athletes in regional training centerHigh achievment in sports requires behavior with certain qualities. Likewise, with successful athletes, they have superior qualities not only in terms of physical but also mentality. This study aims at examining psychological characteristic because it’s one of the important factors possessed by athletes, and can influence them in. The sample used in this study are 198 East Java athletes who participates in the training center from 21 sports. The instrument used for psychological characteristics in this study is the SKPA (Scale of Psychological Characteristics for Athletes) with a factor loading value > 0.5, so that each item is valid in measuring it’s dimensions, and it’s known that the conbrach’s alpha value for each dimension is 0.7. Determination of Physical Self-Perceptions of Turkish National Freestyle Wrestlers2017 •
In this study, it was aimed to determine the physical perception of free wrestlers. A total of 50 male wrestlers (age = 24.24 ± 2.82) participated in the survey. The Versatile Body-Self Relationship Scale which was developed by Winstead and Cash (1984) was applied to this survey group, and SPSS 21.0 program was used in the analysis of the data. Independent Samples T-test and descriptive statistics were used in order to evaluate and interpret the data derived from the scale. As a result, body image score distribution was determined as Intermediate Level (n = 7, 14%), Good Level (n = 4, 8%), High Level (n = 39, 78%). It was seen that the physical perceptions of the athletes were high.

A research on the basic psychological needs of swimmers in Kocaeli province in terms of any variances (İzmit district case)This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the basic psychological requirements of swimmers who perform individual sports in Kocaeli province with respect to certain variables.
