This study is done in order to examine the relation among the levels of athlete’s self- sufficiency that interest in the barbell, wrestling and boxing which are individual sports. The study consists of 135 athletes who are 126 men, 9 women and also are selected randomly from the branches of barbell, wrestling and boxing in Ankara. A scale form is used as data collection tool in study. The scale forms consist of 2 different parts. In first part, there are some questions about personal characteristics. In second part, there are some questions about the level of self- sufficiency. The findings obtained are collected with the scale of self-sufficiency. The reliability and validity of scale forms are calculated as 0.716 Cronbach alpha value. According to these criteria, the scale is reliable. The data are evaluated in detail by analyzing in SPSS 20.0 programme. In analysis, the analysis of correlation, t test of independent sample, one-way analysis of variance and Tukey test are used. There are no meaningful differences in terms of the levels of women and men participants’ self-sufficiency in research findings. Also, the level of self- sufficiency doesn’t differ according to the age and branch of sport. Given the influence of general self-sufficiency on the attitudes and performance of sportsmen, it is extremely important to know and develop methods for increasing general self-efficacy levels. Athletes' self-efficacy beliefs are an important element in increasing motivation for level of spore participation and success. As people's perception of general self-efficacy increases, so does the interest in the places.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between students' attitudes towards the recreation specialty and self-efficacy of the students in the Recreation Departments of Sports Sciences and Tourism Faculty. In the study, "Occupational Attitude Scale" developed by Üstüner in 2006 and "General Self-Efficacy Scale" that was adapted to Turkish by Yildirim and İlhan and thereafter developed by Magaletta and Oliver were used. While the scope of the research comprised students studying in Recreation Department, Tourism Faculty, Gazi University and Recreation Department, Faculty of Sports Sciences, Atatürk University, the sample group consists of 79 females, 101 males, making a total of 180 students studying in these departments. It has been found that the data provide normality assumptions by looking at the Skewness-Kurtosis values. In this direction, parametric tests such as T Test and ANOVA were performed. Pearson correlation test was also performed to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and occupational attitude. There is significant difference in terms of faculties of the participants, in terms of occupational attitude and self-efficacy students in favor of Faculty of Sport Sciences. There was also a positive relationship between occupational attitude and self-efficacy (r = 452). As a result, it can be said that they have higher occupational attitude because students of the Recreation Department at the Faculty of Sport Sciences have the opportunity to find more jobs than students of Recreation Department, Tourism Faculty. Also, the high level of self-efficacy of the students in the Faculty of Sports Sciences can be due to their sports knowledge.

This study aims to examine the Turkish Table Tennis Super League elite players' general self-efficacy perceptions and motivation sources. The sample of research consist of 66 male (69,5%) and 29 female (30,5%) participants who are participated voluntarily among national players at the Turkish Table Tennis Super League in 2019. In the research, the "Sports Motivation Scale" and "General Self-Efficacy Scale" are applied as a data gathering instruments in the research. The relations between variables are tested with factor analysis, correlation analysis and SEM Partial Least Squares. The results of this study have shown that sub-dimensions of intrinsic (β: 0,321, p<0,05), introjected (β: 0,314, p<0,05), integrated (β: 0,271, p<0,05) and identified (β: 0,327, p<0,05) have a positive and significant effects on self-efficacy. On the other hand, amotivated (β:-0,230, p<0,05) sub-dimension has a negative effect on self-efficacy. Moreover, the findings do not support the existence of a statistically significant relationship between general self-efficacy and external (β:0,504, p<0,05) which is one of the sport motivation sub-dimension. In conclusion, these findings show that the belief of self-efficacy as players' motivation and performance increases. It is important that trainers and club managers know ways to increase the general self-efficacy perceptions of players. Trainers can increase their general self-efficacy beliefs thanks to teaching them enriched with new training techniques, psychological support and creating effective learning environments. Öz: Bu çalışma, Türkiye Masa Tenisi Süper Ligi elit sporcularının genel öz yeterlik algılarını ve motivasyon kaynaklarını incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2019 yılında Türkiye Masa Tenisi Süper Ligi'ndeki elit sporcular arasından rastgele seçilen 66'sı erkek (%69,5'i) ve 29'u kadın (%30,5) katılımcı oluşturmuştur.

The biodiversity of coral reefs is dominated by invertebrates. Many of these invertebrates live in close association with scleractinian corals, relying on corals for food, habitat or settlement cues. Given their strong dependence on corals, it is of great concern that our knowledge of coral-associated invertebrates is so limited, especially in light of severe and ongoing degradation of coral reef habitats and the potential for species extinctions. This review examines the taxonomic extent of coral-associated invertebrates, the levels of dependence on coral hosts, the nature of associations between invertebrates and corals, and the factors that threaten coral-associated invertebrates now and in the future. There are at least 860 invertebrate species that have been described as coral associated, of which 310 are decapod crustaceans. Over half of coral-associated invertebrates appear to have an obligate dependence on live corals. Many exhibit a high degree of preference for one or two coral species, with species in the genera Pocillopora, Acropora and Stylophora commonly preferred. This level of habitat specialization may place coral-associated invertebrates at a great risk of extinction, particularly because preferred coral genera are those most susceptible to coral bleaching and mortality. In turn, many corals are also reliant on the services of particular invertebrates, leading to strong feedbacks between abundance of corals and their associated invertebrates. The loss of even a few preferred coral taxa could lead to a substantial decline in invertebrate biodiversity and have far-reaching effects on coral reef ecosystem function. A full appreciation of the consequences of further coral reef degradation for invertebrate biodiversity awaits a more complete description of the diversity of coral-associated invertebrates, the roles they play in coral reef ecosystems, their contribution to reef resilience and their conservation needs.
Using the notion ofdesign developed as part ofthe New London Group's Multiliteracies Project, this qualitative multicase study examines undergraduate academic literacy as a multimodal achievement game. Retrospective interviews and textual analyses revealed a series ofoperations on course content that constituted moves in the game. The goal ofthe game was to find, move, and display content, including not only facts but also concepts and forms of situated knowledge that would gain the highest points on assessments. Better"players" were more aware than their lower achieving counterparts ofthe game as specific activity different from learning. They also had more nuanced and planned ver- sions of the operations that began with what was expected on assessments and moved backwards toward sources. Findings support forms of preparing students for academic success through the multiliteracies pedagogy that combines consciousness raising through overt instruction with forms of immersion and critical analysis.
