The study aims at comparing each of the mini-games and high-intensity intermittent exercise in order to figure out which of the two methods that most developing the aerobic capabilities (VO2max-VMA), using the experimental approach through proposing two training programs, each program consists of 8 weeks, by two training sessions each week. The size of each share ranged from 90 to 120 minutes, the programs conducted on a sample consisted of 36 players, divided into 18 players from the WABT team and 18 players from the USBT team. It has also been relying on research tools that are in line with the nature and objectives of the study. Physical tests that have been tested validity of the scoping study. They involved 10 players (5 from WABT team, and 5 from the USBT team), without involving the members of the scoping study in the basic study. All of these steps have led to discharging a set of results that have been analyzed and processed statistically to reach at the latter to the following results: • No statistical significance between the two groups in pre- tests. • There are similarities between the two methods in the development of an aerobic capacity (VMA et VO2max). • There is no statistical significance in the post tests between the two groups. After comparing the results of pre and post tests within each group, we concluded the extent of the contribution of each of the two programs in the development of aerobic capacities. All these results prompted us to develop a set of suggestions: • The organization of forums and special days of formation of modern requirements in football means and methods especially from the physical trainers. • Proposing the use of both the high-intensity intermittent exercise way and mini-games during the various stages of the annual planning, especially in the preparation stage and competition stage.

The Effectiveness of Small Side Games in Increasing the Vo 2 Max Ability of Football AthletesSmall Side Game (SSG) is a form of exercise using a small arena with a smaller number of people. This exercise aims to support Vo 2 Max ability in Football. The purpose of this study is to prove the effectiveness of SSG training in increasing Vo 2 Max in football athletes at the Muara Enim Persime Club and the Palembang Football Unit Club. The method used is an experiment with the design of the pretest-posttest control group. The Experimental Group (GE) performed SSG exercises with a frequency of 4 times a week for 2 months. Control Group (GC) performed conventional exercises only without using variations in movement or equipment with the same frequency as the experimental group. The subjects in this study were 46 football athletes aged 15-17 years then divided into 2 groups, GE with 23 athletes and GC also with 23 athletes. The instrument used is the Yo-Yo Intermitten Recovery Test Level 1 test. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS V-24 tool to see the effectiveness of SSG on Vo 2 Max ability. The results of data analysis showed that there was a fairly high increase in Vo 2 Max ability compared to the Control Group with an average difference in Yo-Yo test data of 3.82. The findings of this study are that the variety of exercises performed is very effective compared to conventional exercises.

Aptidão aeróbica é associada com a melhora da capacidade de sprints repetidos de atletas de basquetebol após seis semanas de treinamento durante o período preparatórioThe repeated sprints ability (RSA) is considered an important attribute for basketball, being aerobic fitness pointed out as limiting factor for repetition of sprints. The aim of the study was to verify if the change in VO2PEAK is related to the improvement of RSA after six weeks of training during preseason. Twelve male college basketball players aged 18-24 participated in the study. Players were submitted to body composition evaluation, maximum incremental treadmill test and RSA test (6x30-m) before and after six weeks of training. For the purpose of the study, the calculation of the change percentage delta was used. Paired t-test was used to verify differences after training and Pearson’s correlation and simple linear regression were used to verify the relationship between Δ%VO2PEAK and Δ%RSA. There were improvements in RSAPEAK (t (1.11) = 2.7, p = 0.023); RSAMEAN (t (1.11)= 2.8, p= 0.019); RSATOTAL (t (1.11)= 2.6, p= 0.028); RSADEC (t (1.11)= 2.9, p = 0.015); and sprints 4 (t (1...

The effectiveness of a 12-day training program restoring aerobic capacity after a break in training at football players’2017 •
The occurrence of detraining in sports disciplines characterized by an extended starting period has to be taken into consideration whilst devising the sports training program. The aim of this study was the evaluation of the effectiveness of the applied 12-day training program, which was to minimalize the effects of detraining in a group of Polish Major League football players. The training program applied, based on a total load volume, in two micro cycles in the particular zones: Io 28, and 31 km, IIo 24, and 26.5 km, IIIo 18, and 19.8 km, influences a significant aerobic capacity precipitation of competitors after a 14-day detraining period. The increase of indicator value were: VO2max by 12%, V.LT by 7%, and V.AT by 10%. Due to choosing the proportions of training loads in I, II, and III intensity range, it is possible to include competitors with various levels of aerobic capacity in one training group. The basis of such a solution is determining individual workout intensities whi...

IMPACT OF VARIOUS INTENSITIES OF AEROBIC TRAINING ON SELECTED PERFORMANCE VARIABLES AMONG SOCCER PLAYERS2019 •
ARTICLE INFO ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to find out the impact of various intensities of aerobic training on selected performance variables among soccer players. To achieve the purpose, 30 male soccer players were randomly selected as subjects from Thoothukudi District, Tamil Nadu, India. Their age mean and height were 20±2.1 years, 168±1.1 cm respectively. They were randomly divided into three equal groups, and each group consisted of ten (n = 10) subjects, in which, Group I underwent moderate intensity aerobic training, Group II underwent high intensity aerobic training and Group III acted as control. Moderate intensity exercise (MI; 60-70%) and high intensity exercise (HI; 75-90%). The aerobic exercise (jogging/running) training program was performed three days/wk training for twelve weeks. All the subjects in the experimental groups (I & II) were given their respective training programme for twelve weeks duration. The study was restricted to the following selected dependent variables namely dribbling, passing and shooting; they were tested by standardized test items. The participants were trained for twelve weeks of three days a week (alternate days). A pre and post test randomized design was employed for this investigation. The collected data were statistically analysed by using dependent't' test and ANCOVA. The Scheffe's test was used as post-hoc test to determine which of the paired means differed significantly where the differences in adjusted post-test means resided in univariate ANCOVA among three groups. All the above statistical analysis tests were computed at 0.05 level of significance (P<0.05). It was concluded that, the moderate intensity aerobic and high intensity aerobic training groups had significantly improved the participant's dribbling, passing and shooting when compared than the control group and also made significant differences among experimental and control groups. The high intensity aerobic group had significantly outperformed than the moderate intensity group on participant's selected performance variables. However, the control group had not shown any significant improvement on selected variables.
The study aimed to know the effect of interval training on the indicators of aerobic capacity, and knowing the existence of variances between the change parentages of these capabilities after the training, as that the researcher supposed that there are variances with statistical significance between pre and post measurement in aerobic capabilities after interval training, and according to the nature of the research that depends on experimental method, it has been chosen a sample research non randomly which include twenty four players from the team of Widad Mostaganem under the age of nineteen that they underwent to the training program with interval method for eight weeks which contains three quotas in the week, while the pre and post tests have conducted in order to measure their capabilities aerobic, as the results showed the existence of variances with statistical significance between pre and post measurement for the research sample and in favor of post-test, as that they showed the existence of variances with statistical significance between the change parentages of aerobic capabilities for maximum aerobic speed and anaerobic threshold. So we conclude that the interval training improved aerobic capabilities by increasing the (VO2MAX, VAM,AT and FCMAX )and the greatest influence be into the anaerobic threshold(AT) and the maximal aerobic speed(MAS) . Key Words: interval training, Maximum oxygen uptake, maximal aerobic speed, aerobic threshold
