The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information technology and employees' job performance in sports and youth departments of Kermanshah province and. This research is a correlation study has been conducted in the field. All employees of Kermanshah province sports and youth departments have established statistical population of research (N=228), that that sample size were equaled population. For collecting research data, three standard questionnaires including Moharram Zade (2011), information technology questionnaire and Heresy & Goldsmith (1981) job performance questionnaire was used. For data analyses proper inferential statistics (K-S, Pearson Coefficient and Regression) were used. The findings showed that there is significant correlation among all dimensions of information technology with job performance of Kermanshah province sports and type variables and the use of computers, the use of computer software and internet use and the ability to predict job performance are variable. With regarding research results, it is recommended that managers of Kermanshah province sports and youth departments with proper use of information technology increase and job performance of their employees.
The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between information technology and knowledge management and the productivity of managers and employees of Youth and Sports Departments in East Azerbaijan province. The research population (n=178) included all managers and employees working in Youth and Sports Departments of East-Azerbaijan province. Out of which, 22 subjects were managers and 114 subjects were employees. According to the nature of study, the research method is based on correlation and is applied study concerning purpose, which was done in the field. To collect data, three types of questionnaires were used which were IT questionnaire of Fathi (2010) (consistingof 36 questions with 5-point Likert scale),knowledge management questionnaire of Askari (2012) (consisting of 42 questions with 5-point Likert scale) and the questionnaire of employees’ productivity. The obtained reliability for the questionnaires of IT, knowledge management and organizational performance (productivity) were 0.85 and 0.79, respectively. Cronbach’s Alpha was used for internal reliability of questions, which was calculated 0.87. To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between information technology (IT) and managers’ productivity, there is a significant relationship between the reinforcement of senior management support systems and employees’ productivity, there is a significant relationship between knowledge creation and managers’ productivity, there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and employees’ productivity, there is a significant relationship between network systems and employees’ productivity and there is a significant relationship between knowledge application and managers’ productivity.

The use of information technology and Youth and Sports Department and Sports boardsThe aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between IT use and performance of the Department of Sport and Youth and Sports teams in the city of Bandar Abbas (in Iran). The study population included all employees working in the Youth and Sports Department and Sports Boards of the city of Bandar Abbas in 2015. The research sample consisted of 201 patients who were randomly selected using stratified sampling method. Field study was the method of collecting data through standard questionnaires. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that among the aspects of organizational performance and organizational effectiveness at r= 0.885, employee satisfaction r= 0.880, customer satisfaction r=0.768 and financial aspects r= 0.689 have a positive and meaningful relationship with the use of technology information. So, the use of information technology can improve the performance of Youth and Sports Department and Sports Boards.

Information technology has been a buzz world in the modern a world. The current trends in the modern world are dominated by Information Technology. The status of the use of technology was gradually improved during the last two decades in Sri Lanka and the government also encourages the use of new Information Technology in Sri Lanka organizations, in recent years, IT has been introduce in Jaffna peninsula. Jaffna Education department also introduce Information Technology in 2003. The survey conducted by researcher in order to find out whether or not Information Technology affect the performance of employees by means of variables, such as Office Automation System and Transaction processing system in Jaffna Education Department. In the proposed methodology, 29 employees were selected as sample from the Jaffna Education department. The study dealt with both theoretical and practical dimensions of the above area. According to that, the researcher found, that the employees’ performance increased after the introduction of Information Technology than the employees’ performance under the manual system.. So, the researcher come to conclude, that the Information Technology affects the employees’ performance, and usage of Information Technology help to improve the employees’ performance and keep the employees who work with satisfaction. Satisfied employees can commit the maximum level of work.. Although the study identified clearly the systems and problems of Information Technology, there is a great need to be given in future studies to other factors such as Decision Support System (DSS), Executive Support system (ESS), Management Information System (MIS) and other operation support system and management support system which are not considered in this study. The main objective of the present study was to evaluate effect of computer literacy on sport managers’ efficiency in Tehran province. A descriptive survey was used as methodology. Statistical population included all sport managers (including formal, contractual, and semi-formal) who were 709 people in Tehran. Sample size was calculated as 250 people using Cochran formula.
