The research aims to the physiological side from the athletics beginner's training according to scientific basics and principles which is must include the measurements and testing operations because of its selection processes importance and to determine the results, evaluate the current level of the players, and how do they should be in future. Through the capacity assessment and adopted to determine the level of digital achievement and takes it as an index to guide athletics beginners for its various events and this is what we sought to search in it in athletics beginners category (16-17). For Algerian west clubs (210 athlete by 33.92% from the origin community) relying on some special field measurements and down to highlight the connectivity relations and comparison of the aerobic and anaerobic capacities with the digital achievement for the various practiced events and to reach the goals of the research we used the descriptive method with a survey style. After testing and collecting and processing the information, it was reached to detect the level of the aerobic and anaerobic capacities for the beginners, we found the relationship of these capacities with the digital achievement in various practiced events besides the existence of differences between the beginners in some capacities because of the different events within the per class (jogging, jumping, throwing).
The study aimed to know the effect of interval training on the indicators of aerobic capacity, and knowing the existence of variances between the change parentages of these capabilities after the training, as that the researcher supposed that there are variances with statistical significance between pre and post measurement in aerobic capabilities after interval training, and according to the nature of the research that depends on experimental method, it has been chosen a sample research non randomly which include twenty four players from the team of Widad Mostaganem under the age of nineteen that they underwent to the training program with interval method for eight weeks which contains three quotas in the week, while the pre and post tests have conducted in order to measure their capabilities aerobic, as the results showed the existence of variances with statistical significance between pre and post measurement for the research sample and in favor of post-test, as that they showed the existence of variances with statistical significance between the change parentages of aerobic capabilities for maximum aerobic speed and anaerobic threshold. So we conclude that the interval training improved aerobic capabilities by increasing the (VO2MAX, VAM,AT and FCMAX )and the greatest influence be into the anaerobic threshold(AT) and the maximal aerobic speed(MAS) . Key Words: interval training, Maximum oxygen uptake, maximal aerobic speed, aerobic threshold

Background Aerobic capacity in children and youth should be stimulated by training according to the rhythm and direction of the children’s biological development. The aim of this study was to determine the aerobic capacity of young trained boys. Material/Methods: The subjects of this study were both untrained individuals as well as athletes training regularly in the following sports: judokas (n=15, mean age 14.1), soccer players (n=12, mean age 13.8), swimmers (n=12, mean age 14.2), gymnasts (n=9, mean age 13.7) and untrained (n=12, mean age 15.0), on the basis of anaerobic threshold (AT) specified as RER=1 and of V· O2max.The subjects performed the test until exhaustion. Gas analyzer EOS Sprint (Jaeger) and the cycloergometer (Jaeger) were used in the study. The continuous progressive intensity protocol started at 1.5 W·kg–1 for 6 min (v=55 rpm) and increased 25 W every 1 minute until exhaustion. Results: The highest values of V· O2max (3.2 L·min –1; 59.42 mL·kg–1·min–1) were obtai...

Comparison of Aerobic Power and Capacity Between Athletes from Different Sports2018 •
Introduction: Ergospirometry is a noninvasive procedure used to assess physical performance or the capacity of an individual, through an analysis of expired gases and respiratory variables. This procedure is crucially important in sports, and makes a significant contribution to the measurement of cardiorespiratory fitness indices, such as maximal oxygen consumption (VO2 max) and the anaerobic threshold (AT). Objective: To assess aerobic capacity and potency in professional and junior soccer players, handball athletes, and women soccer players. Methods: Forty-eight athletes participated voluntarily and were divided into 4 groups. The first group consisted of 12 youth soccer players in the under-20 category, the second group was made up of 12 professional soccer players, the third group was made up of female soccer players, and the fourth group consisted of handball players. Results: We analyzed values such as peak VO2, average speed and heart rate at the anaerobic threshold as well a...
СOMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF YOUNG CYCLISTS OF ALL AGES CARDIORESPIRATORY SYSTEM FUNCTION PARAMETERS
Pedagogical-psychological and medico-biological problems of physical culture and sports, № 1(38) 20162016 •
Annotation. An important area of age physiology and sport physiology is to establish proper correspondence between training load and functionality of a body ability of young athletes. The study involves 13-14 and 15-16 year-old 62 young cyclists (road). A step stress test, a complex physiological research, using particular methods, was conducted. It was determined the content of O2 and CO2 in the exhaled air, the indicators of external respiration, the central circulation, blood oxygen-capabilities and its acid-base status. According to the test, results there were calculated 32 parameters that characterize the cardiorespiratory system and the power supply operation of the body allowing toevaluate the leading physiological properties: aerobic capacity, anaerobic power, stability, agility, efficiency and implementation of aerobic capacities. By using the formal evaluation of these qualities, the structure of young athletes functional readiness was analyzed on the basis of the level quantitative analysis and the proportion of its major components.Material.Determination of average fitness and functional relationships between the individual parameters and factors that make up its structure for the two age groups of 13-14 and 15-16 years сyclists.Research methods: scientific and scientific-methodical literature analysis, pedagogical experiment, testing, methods of results mathematical treatment.Results.The studies have shown that young athletes aged 15-16 have shown the ability to carry much larger in volume and intensity of work than 13-14 year-old athletes. Increased efficiency at 15-16 year olds in this case is achieved through greater mobilization of the various functions and more economical activities of functional systems. In the basis of optimization process criteria, development of functionality in young athletes can be brought an account of development levels and the growth rate of the physiological characteristics of the power and efficiency of the cardiorespiratory system and power supply operation, on the one hand, and their level of sustainability, mobility and implementation of aerobic capacity, on the other. The special physical activities of 13-16 year-old young athletes with endurance training is provided by primary development of those physiological qualities, such as capacity of the cardiorespiratory system and the energy efficiency of their work and at relatively reduced specific weight of the physiological properties as functional stability, mobility and the degree of the aerobic potential implementation. The relative power of the cardiorespiratory system and metabolism (aerobic and anaerobic processes) reactions functional characteristics in 13-16 year-old young athletes reaches values, typical for mature athletes. At the same time, these indicators, as well as various manifestations of efficiency in their absolute numbers in young trained athletes are at significantly lower levels than those of adults qualified athletes.Conclusion.It is necessary to control the dynamics of sportsmen's state, systematically compare real and given characteristics of the training process, estimate state of sportsmen at the stages of training, control the training loads, compare an actual state of a sportsman with the model characteristics and correct the training process.
The purpose of present study was to investigate the effect of different training modalities on aerobic and anaerobic capacity of male soccer players. Sixty male football players between the age of 16 – 20 year of age from Jabalpur, Chinndwara and Tikamgarh (M.P.) those who regularly participate in training and inter district competitions, were selected for the present study. Random group design was used to evaluate the effect of different training modalities. The selected subjects (N=60) were randomly divided into three groups with subjects in each group out of which experimental group-I underwent the plyometeric training. Experimental group II underwent specific training thrice in a week along with two days match practice. Group-III (control group) participated in their regular game for 12 weeks the 80 minutes to 90 minutes training was devoted towards warming up and stretching. The pre and post tests were administered to the subjects at the play grounds and tracks. Before administering the tests the subjects were given proper warming up under the supervision of the research scholar. Aerobic Capacity and Anaerobic Capacity were identified for the present study. Anaerobic capacity: Margeria Kalamen power test. Anaerobic capacity was estimated by using the formula. Power watts = (M x D ) x 9.8/t. Aerobic capacity: Estimated using cooper 12 min run/walk test and VO2 Max was determined by the formula VO2 Max = 22.351 x distance covered in km – 11.288. Unit of measurement is (ml per kg per min). In order to compare the effectiveness of different training modalities, means, standard deviations and one way Analysis of Co- Variance (ANCOVA) was computed. . In case of significant F-ratios, the Least Significant Difference (L.S.D) Test of Post hoc Comparison was used to find out the specific group differences. The level of significance was set at 0.05 level of confidence. The results of study revealed that the twelve weeks systematic training programme consisting of plyometric exercises had contribute effect on anaerobic capacity of football players. But the plyometric exercises did not have any significant effect for improving the aerobic capacity of football players.
