This research aims to know the achievement development of archery sport in Perpani Klaten. Up to now, Klaten is known as a storehouse of talented archer who dominate archery branch in the national championship and started competing in international championships such as the Sea Games and OPEN. From some of the achievements of Archery athletes, Klaten is not as bright as supporting factors the training of the athletes. There are still weaknesses that have not been considered by the local government in Perpani Klaten in coaching achievement. This research is qualitative and descriptive and is using a qualitative approach, observation, analysis of document and interview. Data sources in this research are the board of KONI, board of Perpani, coaches, and athletes in archery Klaten regency. The result of this research is associated with the development of perpani Klaten achievement that includes organizational structure, funding, coaching accomplishments, and infrastructure. Method which has been used in the execution of achievement Perpani Klaten has been very good but there are still weaknesses that need to be repaired and enhanced in getting achievement. Based on this research, research concluded that: the development of archery achievement in Perpani klaten is been very good. It can be seen from the organizational structure, funding, coaching achievements, as well as the infrastructure that has been investigated.

Sports remain one of the most recognized activities that bring citizens of different nations together across the globe. In the world of sports today, the athletes’ success and failure in games tournament depends on their level of motivation which serve as an essential tool for them to achieve a set goal. This study investigates the influence of Coaches’ Behavior on Athletes’ motivation, a study on Malaysian sport archery’s experience. The study population comprises of 95 male and female archers who took part in the National Archery Circuit III competition in Sabah, Malaysia. Questionnaire was used to collect data from the study. The data collected were analyzed using frequency counts and percentages. It was found that there is a high level of motivation among athletes based on the influence of coaches’ behavior which eventually improve their performance to achieve a goal.

This study aims to determine the management of athletes Shorinji Kempo Pengprov North Sumatra. The research was conducted at the Bank Office of North Sumatra, North Sumatra Province. The research method is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data collection using interview method, observation and documentation while the subject of research is the board that exist in pengprov North Sumatra. Result: The management of Shorinji Kempo athletes in North Sumatera shows that the development of shorinji kempo athletes in North Sumatra is very good and continuous at all ages, from early age to the age of achievement.

Indonesian Basketball Association (PERBASI) is a sports organization specifically for basketball in Indonesia. One of the main tasks of PERBASI is to help the government inconducting coaching and achieving sports victories. This study aims to determine the process of performance coaching conducted by PERBASI's Provincial Board including the planning, organizing, executing, and supervising procedure. This research considered as qualitative research using analytical methods. The subject of this research is the committee of Aceh Province PERBASI, trainers, as well as basketball athletes. Data collection is conducted through interview and documents review. Data analysis is conducted by data reduction, data visualization, and data verification. The result indicates that 1). The planning process conducted by Aceh Provincial Board of PERBASI to achieve the best performance has been performed asexpected since it designed in a work program that includes: work plan and division of workload. 2). Organizing process conducted byAceh Provincial Board of PERBASI in increasing the achievements has been performed as expected because the committees have been able to manage the organization and comprehend their own main tasks and the functions. 3). The execution conducted byAceh Provincial Board of PERBASI in improving the performance has not met the expectation yet since the boardhas not been able to encourage all of its members in the implementation of planned work program activities according to the main tasks and functions. 4). Supervision process conducted by Aceh Provincial Board of PERBASI to enhance the performance has been performed as expected. It is indicated by how committees carry out the supervision process such as directly supervising the athletes both while they were practicing and competing.

The aim of this research is to know whether the use of new guideline produced is effective toward the athlete's prestige of National Athlete Training Centre-B of provincial government of all Indonesian athlete association in East Java. Type of this research is Research and Development (R&D) by following research procedure which is conducted by seven stages, including: 1) Potential and problem, 2) data collecting, 3) product design, 4) design validity, 5) revision of design, 6) product testing, 7) product revision. Kinds of data used in this research are Qualitative data including field observation data, interview and questionnaire, and quantitative data including validity counting of data and reliability of questionnaire assessment of design model of National Athlete Training Centre-B of provincial government of all Indonesian athlete association in East Java. Technique of collecting data is conducted into two stages such as processing qualitative and quantitative data. Analyzing data in this research uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Qualitative analysis is conducted on interview, input and reduction in product assessment, as well questionnaire about development model design. Meanwhile, quantitative analysis is used for assessment of development model design of National Athlete Training Centre-B of provincial government of all Indonesian athlete association in East Java. The research finding indicates that the prestige reached by the athletics athlete of National Athlete Training Centre-B of provincial government of all Indonesian athlete association in East Java after applying the model has been significant increased. This case shows that the model applying has good level of effectiveness. Therefore, the development model of National Athlete Training Centre-B of provincial government of all Indonesian athlete association in East Java is feasible to apply to improve the junior athlete prestige in East java.

This research was aimed to know the tools and infrastructures in PB Djarum Kudus. The type of the research used qualitative research method with case study research type. The subject of the research were athletes, coaches, and management of PB Djarum Kudus. The data collection technique used were interview and observation. The collected data were analyzed by using data reduction technique, data presentment, and conclusion drawing or data verification.The result of the interview and observation which has been done, obtained results that the badminton sport tools and infrastructures owned by PB Djarum Kudus club was very good.
