This research aim was investigating the effect of media literacy on volleyball spectator's social identity through personal identity. The present study, psychologically, is divided in to 8 layers of view paradigm, the main type of applied research: deductive research approaches, quantity research strategies theories, field research tone, cross sectional survey methods, research objectives, description and finally data collection methods, library resource reviews, and questionnaires. The statistical society consisted of premier league volleyball spectators from Iran. Number of samples consisted on 342 members, in terms of Cochran formula. To collect data, Chang et al media literacy questionnaire (2011), Safarnia & Roshan social identity (2011) and Bordbar personal identity (2012) were used. Content validity was used for questionnaires and their stability was evaluated through Cronbach's alpha. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for media literacy variable (.894), social identity (.824) and personal identity (.801) were resulted. For research findings analysis, structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that media literacy is indirectly effective on social volleyball spectator's identity, and also cleared that personal identity has an effective and positive influence on social identity. Media literacy is one of the most effective regulatory and identity strategies that affects effectively and positively.
The aim of this study is to identify Prioritization and compare the factors of creating demand in the Premier League volleyball. The study, in terms of how data were collected, was a descriptive survey. The sample consisted on 340 members of Premier League of volleyball and sports management experts. To collect data from field, a standard questionnaire Bion and colleagues (2010) was used, questionnaire with 17 questions on a Likert scale of five components that measures market demand. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman test and independent t-test) with the help of software SPSS (version 18) was used. The results showed that, in order to promote factors, the opposing team, economic considerations, planning and other team are the most important factors of demand in the Premier League volleyball. It is recommended a planning of organizing policies and an adjustment of their actions based on the Prioritization of volleyball using marketing efforts of qualified personnel or consultants in order to see a growing presence of spectators in the Premier League Volleyball.

The questionnaire comprised 17 questions on a Likert scale of five components market demand. For data analysis was used LISREL, a structural equation modelling software. The results showed that, in order to promote factors, the opposing team, economic considerations, planning and other team in the Premier League volleyball are the most important factors of demand. It is suggested planners and organizers policies and actions based on the priorities set, to see the audience's presence increasing in our Volleyball League.
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of outdoor advertising in football, volleyball and basketball in Sanandaj on attracting enthusiasts and spectators, so this research is descriptive survey. The samples consisted of athletes and spectators in three fields of soccer, volleyball and handball in the city of Sanandaj in the first six months of 2016. Due to the uncertainty of the exact size of the study, sample size was determined using Morgan table 384 that data related to400 individual is collected and analyzed. To collect research data, two questionnaires of demographic characteristics and environmental impact of advertising self-made questionnaire were used to attract enthusiasts and sports fans. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 11 experts in marketing and reliability using Cronbach's alpha was (α = 0.85). The data was collected by simple random sampling. And finally, 400 questionnaires were completed and analyzed. For this purpose, the test of K-S, Spearman correlation test and one-sample t-test was performed using the statistical package SPSS version 22. The results showed that among the means of outdoor advertising, the media, billboards and banners were with the greatest abundance and distribution in the city. And there is an inverse correlation between the effectiveness of outdoor advertising with age (r387 = 0.34) and education (r399 = 0.28) (P < 0.05); Also, the visual appeal in design, message transfer, proper placement of outdoor advertising media and advertising tool based on the type of audience and the general condition of the effectiveness of outdoor advertising in Sanandaj exercise were inappropriate
The current paper aims to investigate the relationship between leadership style (LS) and emotional intelligence (EI) of coaches in selected team sports in universities of Kurdistan (Iran). An applied-correlational descriptive-survey method was used. Statistical population included all male and female coaches in sports chosen from volleyball and handball in universities of Kurdistan during the 2014-2015 academic year (n=58). Whole subjects were selected as the sample. Three questionnaires of personality characteristics, Emotional Intelligence (Syber Yashring), and leadership style (L.S.S) were used to collect data. Research reliability was determined with Cronbach's alpha test for intelligence emotional (α =0.824) and leadership style (α=0.718) questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out through Kolmogorov–Smirnoff (K-S) in order to determine normal distribution for data. Moreover, person’s correlation coefficient test was applied to measure research hypothesis. Pearson's result showed that there was relatively positive relationship between leadership style of "positive feedback" and coaching emotional intelligence in selected team sports of Tehran universities (r=0.275, p=0.036). However, there was no significant relationship between other leadership styles and emotional intelligence (p> 0.05). Due to significant relationship between some factors of emotional intelligence and leadership styles, it is recommended to consider emotional intelligence competencies to select team coaches, in addition to alternative coaching skills. Also, training courses before holding sports events may be established to enhance emotional intelligence of coaches, as the emotional intelligence abilities can be educated.
Brand is strategically valuable to organizations. The aim of this study was to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Foolad Khuzestan Club based on brand associations. Due to limitation of the research statistical population of all the senior managers of the club, were all 15 persons the sample was considered equal to the society using the statistical sampling method. In order to collect data, the association’s questionnaire of brand the Ross (2006) was used. The justifiability of questionnaire was confirmed by five of sport management professors and its reliability was 0.85 achieved by Cronbach's alpha method. Binomial and Friedman test were used to analyze data. At the end a 20 items significant was obtained from 53 items in questionnaire which include, 10 strengths, 4 weakness, 4, opportunities and 2 threats. The findings according to Friedman test (x2-39.23, Pvalue-0.05) showed that great efforts of club management for success, is the most important strength and the low fan interaction competitions, is the most important weakness and the most important opportunity is the low opponents readiness to confront the club and spending money by the club arrivals to hire a coach, is the most important threat. In general, and with regard to the number of internal and external factors for the club brand, this can be acknowledged that Foolad Khuzestan’s club is currently in a right position, and its offered that in order to maintain and improve this position the club had better to develop and implement some strategies with considering the achieved internal and external factors.
The main purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between leadership styles and coaches' efficacy of Dragon Boat national teams from the viewpoints of athletes. 48 athletes completed the questionnaires of leadership scale in sport (LSS) and coach efficacy scale (CES), (N=n). Internal reliability of questionnaires was respectively 0.79 and 0.89 by means of Cronbach's Alpha test. The results showed that 66% of athletes were between 20 and 25 years old. Also, 49% of them were national team members for 3-4 years. Pearson " s correlation test (P≤0.5) showed a significant correlation between coach efficacy and leadership styles of training and instruction, democratic and social support. There was no significant correlation between coach efficacy and leadership styles of autocratic and positive feedback. Effect of leadership styles and coaches " behavior on coach efficacy and team success more often revealed the importance of using a suitable leadership style among coaches.
The objective of this research was doing an examination about the relationship of socio-economic status (SES) with leisure time spending in the girls of Sanandaj city emphasizing sporting activities. The method of research was descriptive-correlated and has been done as field research. The population of the research consisted of all young girls of Sanandaj aged between 15-29 years old which 384 samples were selected by using multi-stage cluster sampling. The tools of research were Godrat Nama SES questionnaire (2013) and free time questionnaire of Kolsomzade (2011) with the reliability coefficient of 0.86 and 0.88 respectively. Descriptive Statistics and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test inferential statistics, Pearson correlation and regression were used for analysing of data. Results indicated that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between socio-economic statuses, income, economic class and father's education with spending leisure time of participants. But there was not found a meaningful relationship between mother's education and housing situation with spending leisure time of participants. Also in the simultaneous regression model, Beta coefficient indicated that the components of income (2.531), economic class (2.485) and father's education (2.182) have positive effect on the variable of spending leisure time of the young girls of Sanandaj city. In general, it can be concluded that improving the economic situation of the family and promoting literacy can have significant impact on the spending leisure time of young girls.
The present study has done with the purpose of investigating factors influencing the development of sports in schools of Kurdistan province. In terms of goal, this study is functional; in terms of strategy is survey –descriptive that was conducted as field. The statistical population includes all sport teachers (894 individuals) and professors of physical education of Universities of Kurdistan province (26 individuals) (N=920) that were active during 2015-2016 academic year in that province. The sample size was calculated 275 using Morgan table and sampling was done by targeting and available method for academic professors and for sport teachers cluster and simple random sampling was done. In order to study the objectives of this study the researcher made questionnaires was constructed which contains 28 item questionnaires that by using similar researches and literature of research prepared in the Likert 5 item. 9 experts in the field of physical education tried to confirm face validity and the content of the questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire obtained α=0.81 by the pilot implementation on the 40 members of the research community and by calculating
The aim of the present research was to discuss and identify the sports related requirements and needs of clients of Kurdistan province’s sports facilities from the view of youths. In terms of purpose, it’s considered as an applied research and also in terms of strategy, it is considered as a descriptive-survey study which is carried out under field methods. In order to elaborate on the goals of this study, a researcher made questionnaire including 30 items and arranged based on a five degrees Likert scale was employed. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by certain experts of physical education and management and also its reliability was calculated as 0.78 through the application of Kronbach’s alpha method. The population of this study includes the entire 15-24 year old boys and girls throughout the province of Kurdistan. Among the population, a number of 384 individuals were selected as the sample through the application of Morgan’s table, however 450 questionnaires were distributed among the sample and ultimately, 391 questionnaires were collected back as completed questionnaires. For the purpose of sampling, a cluster sampling method was employed. In addition, for analysis of data at descriptive level, the abundance tables, abundance percentages, mean and standard deviation methods were used and for the same purpose at inferential level, the tests of Kolmogorov-Smirnoff, one sample t and Freedman were employed which were all performed by the software of SPSS v.22. Obtained results indicated that there exists a significant difference between sports priorities and sports related needs of clients of Kurdistan province’s sports facilities. In addition, the status of Kurdistan province’s sports facilities was significantly unsuitable. There was also a significant difference noticed between the sports related needs of male and female clients of Kurdistan province’s sports facilities.
The availability of precise, relevant, timely and new information increases the speed and precision of decision making. The objective of present study is to examine the association between office automation, improvement of decision-making and productivity of employees of Youth and Sport offices of West Azerbaijan Province. The statistical population of present study consists of 130 employees of Youth and Sport offices of West Azerbaijan Province selected through simple random sampling. The statistical instrument of present study consists of two standard questionnaire of office automation and improvement of decision-making and productivity. To analyze data were used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Pearson correlation). The results of preset study show that there is a positive association between the items of office automation and improvement of decision-making and productivity of employees of Youth and Sport offices.
