Die Rolle der Lehrkraft als Mentor/in in der praktischen Ausbildung von Studierenden ist von zentraler Bedeutung für deren berufliche und persönliche Entwicklung. Diese Arbeit untersucht die theoretischen Grundlagen der Mentorenschaft und beleuchtet die verschiedenen Perspektiven, die für das Verständnis der Mentor/Mentee-Beziehung relevant sind. Unter Einbeziehung von Theorien wie der sozial-kognitiven Theorie von Vygotskij, dem Modell der beruflichen Identitätsentwicklung von Ibarra sowie dem Konzept des „Scaffoldings“ wird die Bedeutung der Unterstützung durch Mentor/innen im Lernprozess hervorgehoben. Die Mentorenschaft geht über die fachliche Wissensvermittlung hinaus und umfasst auch die Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, sozialer Kompetenz und beruflicher Identität der Studierenden. Diese Arbeit bietet eine fundierte theoretische Analyse, die die Schlüsselrolle der Lehrkraft als Mentor/in in der praktischen Ausbildung hervorhebt und die Auswirkungen dieser Mentorenbeziehung auf die berufliche und akademische Entwicklung der Studierenden untersucht.

The role of the teacher as a mentor in the practical training of students is crucial for their professional and personal development. This paper examines the theoretical foundations of mentorship and highlights the various perspectives relevant to understanding the mentor/mentee relationship. By incorporating theories such as Vygotsky's social-cognitive theory, Ibarra's model of professional identity development, and the concept of "scaffolding," the importance of mentorship support in the learning process is emphasized. Mentorship goes beyond the mere transfer of academic knowledge and also includes fostering independence, social competence, and professional identity development in students. This paper provides a well-founded theoretical analysis that underscores the key role of the teacher as a mentor in practical training and explores the impact of this mentor relationship on the professional and academic development of students.
