Through the matrix of equations, it is describing the dynamic depending between ecological system exits. Economic problems are considered in terms of the environment, and environmental problems are considered in terms of economic development requirements. There are detailed studies of ecological linkages and noted the effects of environmental pollution. Taking this into consideration, a static model is constructed and tested with provisional data due to incompleteness of the information. There has been data analysis through tables. Final analysis was completed and marked the growth in gross issuance.
