Willingness of targeted users to adopt government mobile services is a determinant for the success of m-government, and as such, requires the interest of researchers who are focused on m-government research. Understanding the factors influencing the end-users to adopt government mobile services is very important for the government to find ways to encourage the use of these services by targeted users, so that investment in adopting mobile technologies for government services can be profitable and safe. Although, some researches to measure citizens' perceptions of m-government have been conducted recently, the anticipation and explanation of m-government use to provide full understanding of the adoption of m-Government requires further investigation. For all those who would like to study the factors influencing the adoption of m-Government, it is essential to know about the work done so far by researchers and scholars of this field and to learn the theoretical and methodological approaches used in relevant researches. In attempt to provide such an overview, many research studies in the field of User Acceptance and adoption of m-Government services have been analysed in this research. A summary table reflects the studies conducted by 19 different authors in identifying factors that may influence the adoption of m-Government, by summarizing them from a selective list of articles published between the years 2011-2017.

Mobile government (m-government) services become more significant to effectively improve the user-to government communication. This research study is focused on the use of Mobile Government in Egypt. Based on 436 questionnaires collected from people of different age groups in Egypt, the study quantifies how their intention to use mobile government is influenced by technology attributes (perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use), and image, trust and social factors. SPSS is used to analysis the collected data. The results show that technology factors, image, trust and social influence are all significant toward the citizens' intention to use mobile government services.
Mobile government is just at the beginning of its rise as a future trend of e-government. Considering technical advancement's such as mobile Internet, smartphones, and tablet-PCs. mgovernment represents tremendous new potential for the communication between governments and citizens. There are many examples of failures of early e-government projects due to a lack of consideration of users’ requirements. Although the importance of m-government, few developing countries successfully applied it. This research introduces a conceptual model for youth adoption of m-government services in developing countries. Using a survey method for data collection, the model was tested and findings showed that perceived usefulness, compatibility, awareness, social influence and faceto- face interactions significantly contribute to the prediction of the intention to use m-government.

The review of the relevant literature revealed a lack of research regarding the factors that may potentially influence the adoption m-government services in Saudi Arabia by using TAM model based on the perspective of experts in Yesser. To examine relationships between external factors and behavioural intention to use (BIU) in the TAM model, a qualitative study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with five experts from Yesser. Analysis demonstrated that the factors of trustworthiness, usage experience, awareness and security might influence the adoption of m-government services in Saudi Arabia. The results of the qualitative study also demonstrated that enjoyment does not influence the adoption of m-government services in Saudi Arabia. These findings may help decisio...
