The reason to choose this topic for research among others is the studies method of this issue or paper, since it is one of the most spread problems among children nowadays, because a number of them perform heavy duties and with destructive consequences for their health as in the psychic aspect and also in that emotional one, but also in the inappropriate construction of the child’s personality. However, on the occasion of knowing and studying of these circumstances today, we primarily have a better awareness as in this cases to the parents-family, social-cultural environment and also the society in general. The key of the research or the aim of the problem in to regard is familiarizing with the causes and motives of engaging children at work and their knowing of the factors influencing in spreading this incidence which is of a large extent and very concerning, for the fact that this incidence is increasing every day more and more. The occurrence of studying these issues and familiarizing with the circumstances the impellent and motivating factors in this aspect, has affected the change of this situation to a large extent. Our research problem in this case will be “causes and motives of engaging children at work”. This will be our research focus in this regard.

PEDAGOŠKE IMPLIKACIJE SEKSUALNOG ZLOSTAVLJANJA DJECE I MLADIH U OBITELJI2020 •
Sexual abuse is a phenomenon that occurs in all societies, regardless of their stage of development, and implies a wide spectrum of relationships between an adult and a child, which basically has some of the elements of sexual intercourse at it basis. This relationship is difficult for the child to understand and can give mature consent to it. Namely, abuse occurs in different environments and comes from individuals, however, the kind that takes place within a family circle is rather specific. It contradicts sociological and commonly accepted stereotypes of family life as a place of safety and trust, but reality often shows the opposite: that family is a source of fear, pain and suffering for many children. The peculiarity of sexual abuse lies in the severe consequences in children and adolescents who experienced it, and it can be reflected in different segments of their professional and private lives. This question poses a great challenge to science and the expertise, and the research process is considerably hampered by the sensitivity and strong social prejudice of the problem itself, which is of course significant and influnetial for contemporary pedagogical science. This paper predominantly uses the meta-analysis method and includes 40 original scientific reports that sought to answer questions about what causes sexual abuse of children and young people in the family and what pedagogical implications in the family or school setting could arise from it. The results of this research show that it is necessary to to draw the public eye to the problem of sexual abuse and that educational institutions must take responsibility for protecting the rights and well-being of children and young people.
The article concentrates on the problem of child abuse in the family, which is most usually manifested by physical and psychical violence. Despite the fact that when abusing the child parents usually do not intend to harm them but rather want to make them act in the desired manner, causing pain or distress and exerting physical or psychic violence may have many negative consequences on the child, both direct and distant in time. Based on the conducted empirical research, the article presents the scale of the problem and its consequences, as well as the parents’ opinions included in the study on violence during child growth and its effects on parents’ behaviour in situations related to child upbringing. It also demonstrates the relationship between child abuse and the manifestation of negative behaviours, directly resulting from violence. From among many forms of negative behaviours which may be related to physical or psychic violence, the study concentrated, among others, on aggression, using dependence agents (alcohol, narcotics, cigarettes, steroids and drugs) and escapes from home. The conducted statistical analyses indicate a very close relationship between the two.

Educational Abuse of The Child2021 •
Child abuse is usually only prominent with its physical, sexual, or mental dimensions, and the educational dimension, which is based on the educational neglect and exploitation of children, is ignored. In this context, deliberate directing and shaping of the child's interests, needs and expectations, and the attempts of various stakeholders (such as parents, laws, culture, power authorities, capital groups, private enterprises, and interest groups) open the door to the educational abuse of the child. In this sense, the facts that the dominant classes use education systems to adapt their economic, social, political system and orientation, parents' authority and interventions for their children's educational and professional futures thus creating anxiety and pressure on the child, the expectation of the investment groups to raise individuals suitable for market dynamics from education by justifying the labor market and employment and the pressure for this, the educational activities of private enterprises to gain commercial earning by using the privatization ground in education, and the suppression of the child by the norms of the current culture through education and the expectation of adaptation or the provision of a curriculum for this can create an intervention in the child's self or attitude of being himself/herself by destroying the individual expectations and originality of the child. For this reason, not seeing education as an element that liberates the individual spirit and a medium that gives the individual a chance to choose, and structuring individual preferences in a way that rumples the mind or directs individuals to various goals may cause the child to be abused in an educational sense.

O educador e as situações de violência vividas por seu aluno2015 •
Domestic violence is a dilemma for educators, and child protective services do not always effectively contribute to addressing violent situations in school or outside of school. By analyzing 721 field diaries written by psychologists working in public schools, this study seeks to identify the actions taken by educators to address situations of domestic violence experienced by their students. This study is a constructive and interpretive analysis, drawing on the investigated categories in the field diaries. The results showed seven coping strategies: (1) notification and a search for networking, (2) referrals or sharing the suspected cases with other professionals, (3) focused interventions with the family and the child in the school context, (4) reluctance to seek information regarding the child's life, (5) resistance to contacting the family, (6) anonymous accusations, and (7) the welfare perspective. We concluded that violence and the strategies with which to address this phenomenon should be considered from social, political and economic perspectives.
