MARCH 7 - OPENING DAY OF THE FIRST ALBANIAN SCHOOL AND ALBANIAN TEACHER’S DAY – STRATEGY FOR IMPLEMENTING A COLLABORATIVE PROJECT / 7 MARSI - DITA E HAPJES SË SHKOLLËS SË PARË SHQIPE DHE DITA E MËSUESIT SHQIPTAR - STRATEGJIA E REALIZIMIT TË NJË PROJEKTI BASHKËPUNUES

Abstract

Every historical event, whether national or international, that has a precious value for the progress of people is celebrated in every country of the world. The holiday of “March 7-Albanian Teacher’s Day” for the Albanian people is a celebration of pride because it enabled Albanians to see the light of the future “education” to progress in every field of life, to create knowledge, to reflect on work skills and to take positive attitudes towards learning innovations continuously. This event happened 138 years ago, but all Albanians proudly remember the opening of the “First Albanian National School” in Korça on March 7, 1887 and the teachers of this school. Every event starts from the ideas expressed, from the implementation of administrative procedures for opening an activity, providing the staff and to the realization of the idea with its functioning to satisfy the needs of the citizens, for whom that idea was promoted. This paper reflects an interdisciplinary research studied from several aspects such as historical aspect, social aspect, pedagogical aspect, didactic aspect and psychological aspect. In fact, in this paper, historical theory was alppied to teaching practice was formulated into scientific didactic theory. The purpose of the research was focused on three objectives: The first objective focused on historical theoretical research for the creation of a paper based on secondary data for the holiday of “March 7-Opening Day of the First Albanian School - Albanian Teacher's Day” for a collaboration in the project organized by the “Center for Culture” Gostivar, Republic of North Macedonia on the occasion of this holiday. The second objective focused on applied empirical research for the implementation of this topic with a lecture and presentation in a lesson before the students of the 9th grade. The third objective focused on creativity, by encouraging the students to create poems as a sign of gratitude for the Albanian teachers on the occasion of “Albanian Teacher's Day”. Research methods: In this interdisciplinary research, several methods were used, such as the historical method, the interdisciplinary theoretical analysis method, the empirical experimental action method, the pedagogical method, the comparative method, the synthesizing method and the generalizing method.

Çdo ngjarje historike qoftë kombëtare ose ndërkombëtare, që ka një vlerë të çmuar për përparimin e njerëzve festohet në çdo vend të botës. Festa e “7 Marsit-Dita e Mësuesit Shqiptar” për popullin shqiptar është një festë krenarie se shqiptarëve ua mundësoi dritën e ardhmërisë “arsimimin” për të përparuar në çdo fushë jetësore, të krijojnë dije, të reflektojnë shkathtësi pune dhe të marrin qëndrime pozitive për të mësuarit risi në vazhdimësi. Kjo ngjarje ka ndodhur para 138 viteve, por të gjithë shqiptarët e kujtojnë me krenari hapjen e “Mësonjëtores së Parë” në Korçë më 7 Mars 1887 dhe mësuesit e kësaj shkolle. Çdo ngjarje nis nga idetë e shprehura, nga zbatimi i proceduarave administrative për hapjen e një veprimtarie, sigurimi i kuadrit dhe deri te realizimi i idejës me funksionimin e saj për t’i kënaqur nevojat e qytetarëve, për të cilët edhe është nxitur ajo ide. Ky punim pasqyron një hulumtim interdisiplinar të studiuar nga disa aspekte si aspekti historik, aspekti social, aspekti pedagogjik, aspekti didaktik dhe aspekti psikologjik. Në fakt, ky punim është zbatimi i teorisë historike në praktikë mësimore, por edhe i praktikës mësimore në teori shkencore didaktike. Qëllimi i hulumtimit ishte i përqendruar në tri objektiva: Objektiva e parë u përqendrua në hulumtim teorik historik për krijimin e një punimi të mbështetur në të dhëna dytësore për festën e “7 Marsit-Dita e Hapjes së Shkollës së Parë Shqipe - Ditës së Mësuesit Shqiptar” për një bashkëpunim në projektin e organizuar nga “Qendra për Kulturë” Gostivar, Republika e Maqedonisë së Veriut me rastin e kësaj feste. Objektiva e dytë u përqendrua në hulumtim empirik aplikativ për zbatimin e kësaj teme me ligjëratë dhe prezentim në një orë mësimore para nxënësve të klasave të IX. Objektiva e tretë u përqendrua në krijimtari, me nxitjen e nxënësve për krijuar poezi në shenjë mirënjohjeje për mësimdhënësit shqiptarë me rastin e “Ditës së Mësuesit Shqiptar”. Metodat e hulumtimit: Në këtë kërkim interdisiplinar u përdorën disa metodat si metoda historike, metoda e analizës teorike interdisiplinare, metoda empirike eksperimentale aksionale, metoda pedagogjike, metoda krahasimtare, metoda sintetizuese dhe metoda përgjithësuese
