Abstract

Pour éviter la défaillance des TPE et des PME, l’implémentation de Système d’Information Intégré tout en exploitant le nouveau mode de gestion basé sur le Journal Intégré de Gestion - Entrées Dépenses Restes ou JIG-EDR ou Journal Intégré de Gestion-EDR, intitulé en anglais : ‘Integrated Management Journal - Entries Expenses Remainders or IMJ-EER or Integrated Management Journal - EER, inventé par Dr. Ghizlane Benazzouz pour les TPE et les PME, assurant la disponibilité de l’information au bout du doigt, au bon moment et permettant ainsi de prendre des décisions adéquates au quotidien, est la clé de leur réussite et s’avère une condition primordiale pour assurer leur pérennité. L’innovation du Journal Intégré de Gestion – Entrées Dépenses Restes ou JIG-EDR, aide les gestionnaires à garder une traçabilité de toutes les opérations effectuées au sein de l’entreprise d’une manière intégrée et cohérente. Il permet d’élaborer d’une manière simple des Tableaux de Bord Stratégiques et des Tableaux de Bord de Gestion Courante . Cette innovation répond à un vrai besoin des responsables des entreprises qui n’attendront plus la fin de l’année pour essayer de comprendre leur bilan comptable et prendre des décisions tardives pouvant mettre en péril leur entreprise. Cet article vient compléter l’article précédent , déjà publié en décembre 2021, il présente les Systèmes d’Information Intégrés de trois entreprises marocaines qui appliquent le nouveau modèle de gestion, basé sur le JIG-EDR. Plusieurs captures d’écran, sont extraites de leurs Systèmes d’Information Intégrés, et spécialement de leurs Tableaux de Bord Stratégiques et leur Tableaux de Bord de Gestion Courante et dont le retour d’expérience dépasse une dizaine d’années, en s’appuyant sur des outils informatiques simples, comme Excel et Access. 

To avoid the failure of VSEs and SMEs, the implementation of an Integrated Information System while exploiting the new management mode based on the Integrated Management Journal-Entries Expenses Remainders (IMJ-EER or Integrated Management Journal – EER) , (in French it is titles : Journal Intégré de Gestion – Entrées Dépenses Restes ou JIG-EDR ou Journal Intégré de Gestion-EDR) , invented by Dr. Ghizlane Benazzouz for VSEs and SMEs, ensuring the availability of information at their fingertips, at the right time and thus allowing them to make adequate decisions on a daily basis, is the key to their success and proves to be an essential condition for ensuring their sustainability. The innovation of the Integrated Management Journal – Entries Expenses Remainders, helps managers keep track of all operations carried out within the company in an integrated and coherent way. It allows to develop in a simple way Strategic Dashboards and Current Management Dashboards. This innovation meets a real need for business managers who will no longer wait until the end of the year to try to understand their balance sheet and make late decisions that could jeopardize their business. This article complements the previous article, already published in December 2021, it presents the Integrated Information Systems of three Moroccan companies that apply the new management model, based on the IMJ-EER (or JIG-EDR). Several screenshots are taken from their information systems, and especially from their Strategic Dashboard and their Current Management Dashboard and whose experience feedback exceeds ten years, based on simple computers tools, such as Excel and Access.
