CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL DE LA CENTRAL TERMOELÉCTRICA POZA RICA (CFE): UN ANÁLISIS DE LAS DIMENSIONES DE SATISFACCIÓN Y DESEMPEÑO LABORAL (ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AT CFE THERMAL POWER PLANT IN POZA RICA: AN ANALYSIS OF SATISFACTION AND JOB PERFORMANCE INDICATORS)
Abstract
La presente investigación pretende identificar si existe una relación entre la satisfacción y el desempeño laboral con el Clima Organizacional, así como determinar la influencia de estas variables en la firma, (Comisión Federal de Electricidad) Central Termoeléctrica Poza Rica. Para ello, se analizan los resultados del instrumento aplicado en la encuesta de clima organizacional denominada SICLO (Sistema Institucional de Clima Organizacional), misma que es aplicada a todo el personal (sindicalizado y de confianza) de forma anual. Este trabajo considera los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación de la encuesta SICLO en el periodo comprendido del año 2011 al año 2015, con una población total encuestada cada año de 132 personas. De acuerdo a las características de la investigación, el método de estudio más apropiado es de tipo no experimental transversal (las variables no son manipuladas para modificar los efectos, ya que éstas son estudiadas tal como sucedieron), para el análisis de datos se utilizó el software SPSS.v 19; considerando las correlaciones de Spearman, Pearson y Tau_b de Kendall, con una significancia del .05, lo que da la pauta para dar respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas con respecto a la influencia de la satisfacción y el desempeño laboral y la relación con el Clima Organizacional de la Central Termoeléctrica.
