O IMPACTO DA GLOBALIZAÇÃO NA CONSTRUÇÃO DE NOVAS PRÁTICAS E IDENTIDADE DO SERVIÇO SOCIAL ORGANIZACIONAL / THE IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION ON CONSTRUCTION OF NEW PRACTICES AND IDENTITY OF ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIAL SERVICE
Abstract
Com artigo “O impacto da globalização na construção de novas práticas e identidade do Serviço Social Organizacional”, pretende-se contribuir para uma visão integrada e crítica que alavanque a importância do serviço social organizacional. O tema constitui-se como um desafio, tendo em conta as alterações nos contextos organizacionais e as novas exigências que se colocam aos Assistentes Sociais. Há uma reconfiguração da questão social que se centra na função integradora do trabalho na sociedade. Por forma a dar resposta a questões como “Em que medida os efeitos da globalização se assumem como elementos modeladores das práticas dos Assistentes Sociais, enquanto atores no jogo das relações de trabalho; A construção da identidade do Serviço Social em contexto organizacional para responder aos novos desafios sobre se o Serviço Social organizacional contribui para a construção de laços sociais e de trabalho prevenindo a exclusão social, o plano de trabalho assenta por um lado numa pesquisa bibliográfica e por outro na recolha de testemunhos junto dos Assistentes Sociais.
With these article “Organizational Social Work in Portugal: Transformative Mediation”, we intend to contribute to an integrated and critical vision that leverages the importance of Organizational Social Work. The topic constitutes a challenge, taking into account changes in organizational contexts and the new demands placed on Social Workers. There is a reconfiguration of the social issue that focuses on the integrated function of work in society. In order to answer questions such as “To what extent are the effects of globalization seen as shaping elements of the practices of Social Workers, as actors in the game of work relations; The construction of Social Work identity in an organizational context to respond to new challenges regarding whether organizational Social Work contributes to the construction of social and work ties, preventing social exclusion”, the work plan is based on the one hand on literature research and on the other hand in collecting testimonies from Social Workers.
