ENTRE EL DERECHO DE OBJECIÓN Y LA BIOÉTICA: UNA APROXIMACIÓN TEÓRICA AL CONTEXTO MEXICANO / BETWEEN OBJECTION RIGHTS AND BIOETHICS: A THEORETICAL APPROACH IN THE MEXICAN CONTEXT
Abstract
Desde los albores del derecho de estado, la libertad de consciencia es uno de los derechos más fundamentales que tiene el hombre, puesto que se presupone que en ella se encierran la libertad y dignidad humana superiores al mismo estado. En el presente ensayo se busca reflexionar en torno al derecho de objeción y la bioética en la práctica de la medicina, y la forma en que están presentes aspectos como la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos, la norma oficial mexicana 046 (NOM-046-SSA2-2005) y el propio derecho de Objeción de conciencia.
Since the dawn of rule of law, freedom of conscience is one of the fundamental rights of man. Also, the human liberty and human dignity are included above of the same State. Therefore, this essay seeks to reflect about the right of objection and bioethics in the medical practice, and the way in which aspects such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Mexican Official Standard 046 (NOM-046- SSA2-2005) and the right to conscientious objection are present.
