ANALISI DEL RAPPORTO TRA MEDIA E SISTEMA POLITICO IN ALBANIA
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the relationship between media and political system in a country with a still young democracy such as Albania. The relationship between media and politics has assumed a new centrality in our society as a consequence of the affirmation of the new communication technologies. The importance that television has taken in society has profoundly changed the way of relating politics with the information system. The television was the medium that had a profound effect on the Albanian political scene, much to change society and politics itself. Therefore, it has changed the society, and policy through its ability not only to reach millions of citizens and voters, but also to shape the opinions and the voting choices. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach with the objective of understanding, through diachronic analysis, the evolution of the media system in Albania and its impact on the political system.
