LA MA(PA)RENTALIDAD DESDE UNA EPISTEMOLOGÍA COMPLEJA - REFLEXIONES SOBRE LA NUTRICIÓN RELACIONAL Y EL APEGO SEGURO / PARENTAL LOVE FROM A COMPLEX EPISTEMOLOGY - REFLECTIONS ON NUTRITION RELATIONSHIP AND SAFE ADJUSTMENT
Abstract
En este artículo, se intenta reflexionar epistemológicamente acerca de la idea de amor parental en términos de la metáfora de “nutrición relacional”; el objetivo es dar cuenta de la naturaleza compleja del vínculo parento-filial en contextos de buen trato. Al hablar de complejidad se alude al carácter multinivel que el proceso de crianza supone, en una triple dimensión: cognitiva, emocional y pragmática. Estas propuestas han sido desarrolladas por algunos autores del campo de las ciencias sociales y de la salud mental, entre ellos Juan Luis Linares, Jorge Barudy y Maryorie Dantagnan, entre otros. Abordar la parentalidad como proceso nutricio es una vía de cuestionamiento a la tradicional simplificación sentimentalista, la cual exacerba algunos componentes del vínculo a nivel emocional, pero deprecia la importancia de las otras fuentes nutricias, las cuales no son en absoluto sustituibles. Como se irá estableciendo aquí, la crianza basada en el amor relacional plurificado es fundamental para la estructuración de un apego seguro, y como fuente formadora de la capacidad de empatía y resiliencia.
In this article, we try to reflect epistemologically on the idea of parental love in terms of the metaphor of "relational nutrition", to give an account of the complex nature of the parento-filial bond in contexts of good treatment. When talking about complexity, the multilevel character that the process of parenting supposes is implied, in a triple dimension: cognitive, emotional and pragmatic. These proposals have been developed by some authors from the field of social sciences and mental health, among them Juan Luis Linares, Jorge Barudy, Maryorie Dantagnan, among others. Addressing parenthood as a nurturing process is a way of questioning the traditional sentimental simplification, which exacerbates some components of the emotional level, but depreciates the importance of other nutritional sources, which are not substitutable at all. As will be established here, parenting based on plurified relational love is fundamental to the structuring of a secure attachment, and as a source of capacity for empathy and resilience.
