FORMATION PROFESSIONNELLE DU PERSONNEL DE L’OFFICE CONGOLAIS DE CONTROLE A L’INSTITUT NATIONAL DE PREPARATION PROFESSIONNELLE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF PERSONNEL OF THE CONGOLESE CONTROL OFFICE AT THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION
Abstract
L’Office Congolais de Contrôle (OCC) est l’une des entreprises publiques qui contribue financièrement au fonctionnement de l’Institut National de Préparation Professionnelle (INPP) et en contrepartie, ce dernier assure la formation du personnel de celui-ci. L’enquête par questionnaire administré à un échantillon occasionnel de 45 agents a permis la collecte des données. Après l’analyse statistique et de contenu des données, les résultats ont montré que l’OCC accorde peu d’importance à la formation professionnelle. Les agents considèrent la contribution financière de leur entreprise au fonctionnement de l’INPP comme un fond perdu car ils n’ont jamais été envoyés en formation à l’INPP et que les agents ne sont pas envoyés à l’INPP pour être formé ou recyclé. Aussi, suggèrent-ils qu’une commission soit mise sur pied pour étudier le dossier. Cette proposition nous semble valable car cela pourra éviter à l’entreprise de gaspillage inutile de fonds.
The Congolese Control Office (OCC) is one of the public companies that contributes financially to the operation of the National Institute for Professional Preparation (INPP) and in return, the latter provides training for its staff. The questionnaire survey was administered to an occasional sample of 45 agents enabled data collection. After the statistical and content analysis of the data, the results showed that the OCC places little importance on vocational training. Agents consider their company's financial contribution to the functioning of INPP as a lost fund because they have never been sent for training at INPP and agents are not sent to INPP for training or retraining. Also, they suggest that a commission be set up to study the file. This proposal seems valid to us because it can prevent the company from unnecessary waste of funds.
