DIE BERATENDE ROLLE EINES SCHULPÄDAGOGEN: THEORETISCHE GRUNDLAGEN UND ANSÄTZE / THE ADVISORY ROLE OF A SCHOOL EDUCATOR: THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS AND APPROACHES

Abstract


In der Arbeit wird die Auswirkung eines Schulpädagogen im Beratungssegment untersucht. Diese Arbeit ist gleichzeitig auch eine Übersicht, Darstellung und Analyse aktueller ausgewählter Literatur und darin enthaltener Begleitliteratur und Forschungen. Es wurde dargestellt, was die Beratungsarbeit eigentlich ist und welche Rolle der Schulpädagoge, als ein Teil davon, spielt. Für diese Arbeit wurde die verfügbare pädagogische Literatur, mit dem Thema der Beratungsarbeit von Pädagoginnen und Pädagogen an Grund- und weiterführenden Schulen recherchiert und analysiert. Es wurden insgesamt siebzehn Literatureinheiten analysiert, davon vier Bücher, fünf Thesen und acht Artikel, um das Beratungsfeld der Schulpädagogik endgültig zu etablieren. Die Analyse der genannten Literaturquellen erfolgte anhand einer Recherche verfügbarer Quellen, die in einem umfassenden Werk integriert wurden. Der Beitrag analysiert und beschreibt die beratende Rolle eines Schulpädagogen und die an der Beratung beteiligten Hauptfächerverfahren. Die wichtigen Kompetenzen und Qualitäten, die ein Schulpädagoge haben sollte, werden hervorgehoben und näher beschrieben. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf den bestehenden Herausforderungen der Schulberatung eines Schulpädagogen. Das Hauptziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Dynamik und Charakteristika der Beratungsarbeit eines Schulpädagogen aufzuzeigen. Die Arbeit umfasst eine Überprüfung und Analyse des Inhalts ausgewählter Literatureinheiten, die die beratende Rolle eines Schulpädagogen erfassen und erläutern.

 

The work examines the impact of a school teacher in the counseling segment. This work is also an overview, presentation and analysis of current selected literature and the accompanying literature and research contained therein. It was presented what the counseling work actually is and what role the school teacher plays as a part of it. For this work, the available pedagogical literature was researched and analyzed with the topic of counseling work by educators at primary and secondary schools. A total of seventeen literature units were analyzed, four of which were books, five theses and eight articles, in order to definitively establish the counseling field of school pedagogy. The analysis of the literature sources mentioned was based on research of available sources, which were integrated into a comprehensive work. The paper analyzes and describes the advisory role of a school educator and the core subject processes involved in the advisory. The important competences and qualities that a school educator should have are highlighted and described in more detail. Another focus is on the existing challenges of school counseling by a school teacher. The main goal of this work is to show the dynamics and characteristics of the counseling work of a school educator. The work includes a review and analysis of the content of selected literature units that capture and explain the advisory role of a school educator.
